Warranty Policy

Coverage:

At MilaMima, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects and damages that occur during transit. Your warranty begins from the date of purchase of your MilaMima product.

Warranty Claims:

We aim to make the warranty claim process as straightforward as possible for you. To file a warranty claim, simply provide details about the issue you're experiencing with the item.

  • Fill out the warranty claim form on our website or directly email us at info@milamima.com.
  • Verification: Please ensure to provide the correct Order ID and other necessary information for verification purposes.
  • Evidence: Attach pictures or videos showcasing any quality issues as described.
  • Quality Inspection: In some cases, we may require you to return the item for quality inspection.

Resolution Process:

For issues reported within 30 days of receiving the item:

  • We will email you a prepaid return label for returning the faulty item.
  • Upon receiving the faulty item, we will promptly send you a brand new replacement within 48 hours.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the faulty item is received.

For issues reported after 30 days:

  • We will assess whether the item can be repaired.
  • If repair is not possible, we will provide a brand new replacement.
  • Refunds are only offered within the 30-day money-back guarantee period. Outside of this period, items will be repaired or replaced.

Invalidity:

Please note that the warranty may be void under the following circumstances:

  • Warranties are void after a full refund has been issued.
  • The warranty period has expired.
  • Damage due to improper handling, installation, or removal.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Non-quality-related issues reported after 30 days of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products (missing accessories must be claimed within 7 days of delivery).
  • Free products.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are covered by the buyer in the following situations:

  • Returning products for reasons other than proven defects.
  • International shipping for warranty claims outside the original country of purchase.
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
