All MilaMima products are backed by our commitment to quality. If you receive a defective item, we’re here to help.

1. Warranty Period

Warranty claims must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Custom paper rolls and print supplies are eligible for warranty if unused and proven defective.

2. Warranty Claim Process

Email info@milamima.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 2 business days.

3. Resolution Options

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Replacement of defective items (subject to availability)

4. Exclusions

Warranty does not cover products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or after extensive use.
