Refund policy

At MilaMima, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines.

1. Change of Mind Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
• If returned items show damage or signs of use, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please email info@milamima.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.

3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method, adjusted if necessary for any damage.
