1. Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays). Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. Custom or backordered products may require additional time.

2. Delivery Times

• Canada: 1–7 business days
• USA: 2–10 business days

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders that meet the minimum prepaid threshold may include shipping in the product price. Otherwise, fees will be added to the final invoice.

4. PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We can ship to PO boxes via postal services only. For military addresses, we use USPS. Courier services cannot deliver to these locations.

5. Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package through the carrier’s website.

6. Delays & Damages

If you experience delays, please contact us. If your order arrives damaged, notify our team immediately with photos. Do not accept visibly damaged packages if possible.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders include applicable sales tax. For international orders, MilaMima prepays duties and import taxes. You will not pay additional fees upon delivery.
