Shipping policy

Order Confirmation:

Thank you for your purchase! Upon successful payment processing, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Once confirmed, your order will enter the processing phase.

Processing Time:

Please allow approximately 2 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a notification email containing delivery information once your order is ready to be shipped.

Delivery Time:

Expect your items to arrive at your designated address within 3 - 7 business days after shipment.

P.O. Boxes:

Kindly note that not all mail carriers or courier services support deliveries to P.O. boxes. Prior to placing an order with a P.O. box address, we recommend verifying compatibility with your local mail carrier or courier service.

International Delivery:

MilaMima offers worldwide delivery on all orders. However, due to shipping constraints, international delivery may not always be feasible. Should this occur, we will promptly contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements. Otherwise, a full refund will be issued immediately.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs can be determined by adding items to your shopping cart and entering your Province and Postal Code in the Shipping Estimate Calculator. Regular-sized items will typically ship within four (4) business days of order placement.

Deliveries are scheduled Monday through Friday, between 8 am – 5 pm local time. Three (3) delivery attempts will be made, and undelivered items will be held at the local post office or warehouse for pickup until the specified time noted on the delivery notice.

Please Note:

Storage charges will apply for all Freight Company shipments starting 48 hours after initial contact from the Freight Company. Customers are solely responsible for these charges, which apply daily, including weekends and holidays. Undeliverable and returned shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
