Welcome to MilaMima. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MilaMima website, including our online store, products, services, content, and related features (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

After you submit an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

- the product is unavailable;
- there is an error in the product description or price;
- payment cannot be authorized or completed;
- shipping information is incomplete or inaccurate;
- there are reasonable concerns regarding fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
- an order contains an unusually large quantity that requires additional confirmation; or
- other circumstances require us to cancel or modify the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order using the applicable original payment method, subject to applicable law.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, we may not be able to accommodate a cancellation request.
5. Prices, Taxes and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, customs or border processing, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other events beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated in that policy or required by applicable law, eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Because thermal paper, copy paper, shipping labels, and similar products are consumable goods, opened or used products may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Business, Bulk and Commercial Orders
MilaMima serves both individual customers and businesses. Orders may be placed for personal, household, office, retail, commercial, or other legitimate business purposes.
Bulk, case, pallet, wholesale, or other high-volume orders may be subject to additional shipping, pricing, payment, cancellation, or return terms. Any such terms will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized where applicable.
We reserve the right to request additional information or confirmation for unusually large orders or orders requiring special fulfillment arrangements.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, page designs, videos, and other content appearing on the Services are owned by MilaMima or used under permission or license and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Services for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works from, sell, or commercially exploit our Site content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
MilaMima names, logos, product names, designs, and other brand elements may not be used without prior written permission.

If you submit a product review, testimonial, comment, suggestion, photograph, or other feedback to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person or entity.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MilaMima, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
This section does not require you to indemnify MilaMima to the extent that doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be addressed by the courts of Ontario.

For Ontario customers, applicable consumer protection laws may provide rights relating to online transactions, disclosures, delivery, cancellation, refunds, and other matters. Where a statutory right conflicts with these Terms, the applicable law will prevail.
